We offer for winter season tourist rental a flat in the heart of Val Gardena and at the same time only three kilometres from the centre of Ortisei and one kilometre from the centre of Santa Cristina.

The flat, which can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people, is located on the ground floor of an elegant newly built villa with a convenient lift.

The generous living area offers a comfortable living room, dining area and fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a large private garden facing south and west.

The sleeping area is divided into two double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom with shower.

There are two allocated parking spaces and ski storage in the garage.

The flat also includes exclusive access to the wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna and shower, making it a comfortable solution for evenings back from skiing.

The exclusive services offered by this property are the cleaning of the flat and the change of bed linen and towels.
